Well honey your problem isn't a bug if you haven't been around these past few days minitokyo has changed a lot. They basically reduced the download quota to 5 for everyone and changed how you get credits. You should be able to read about all the changes in this thread:

Si, hice remodelaciones en la página y dentro de na voy a subir otro layout de DNAngel. Lo de los dvd tranqui que os llegarán, además dentro de poco ya es navidad xD y a tu hermano le prometàalguna cosilla. Weno eso!
