Well honey your problem isn't a bug if you haven't been around these past few days minitokyo has changed a lot. They basically reduced the download quota to 5 for everyone and changed how you get credits. You should be able to read about all the changes in this thread:

No está mal. Gravitation no es mi manga predilecto precisamente, pero el wallpaper es colorido, y bonito.
